1- The businesses or services providers will now need to use their original name in order to run the call only campaigns on Google Ads. for example if you are providing plumbing services in New York City you can’t just use “Plumbers in NYC” you need to use your actual business name suppose you actual business name is “Five Start Plumbers” so you have to use this same original business name from now onwards!
2- Moreover when you receive a call from your google call only ads you have to say your business name in the start of the call as you pick up a call to get a new inquiry the name should be your original business name.
3- You have to remove any existing call only ads that you might be using which are violating the following google policy.
